PEP is an employment agency and member of the Australian government's Disability Employment Network. PEP is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Education and Workplace Relations.

We have been providing employment, vocational and educational opportunities to the residents of northern Sydney and the NSW Central Coast for more than ten years.

The PEP mission is to identify and remove the barriers to employment encountered by people with mental health or behavioural disorders. We also believe that people with special needs have realistic and genuine opportunities in the Australian workforce.
